What you will do

• Own product vision and strategy for AdTech as a key lever for marketplace success
• Build world-class Ads products through user-focused discovery and long-term optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional team of performance managers, data scientists, UX researchers, designers, and engineers
• Align ideas with regional teams and secure buy-in from global and regional C-level stakeholders
• Act as product champion and mentor in the global product community

Requirements

• 8+ years building Advertising products in high-performance environment, 4+ years leading teams
• Strong track record driving business results
• Demonstrated high independence and ownership
• Highly analytical; evangelize product agenda with data and impact
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation in complex environments
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
