What you will do

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across global teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage workforce-related processes, including headcount management, organizational changes, and compensation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure compliant HR operations.
• Maintain accurate employee, organizational, and position data across HR systems.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows using technology and AI-driven tools.

Requirements

• Adaptable, independent, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build global partnerships.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong operational thinking.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with HR systems (SAP is an advantage).
