What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the Baltic region.
• Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy aligned with regional directions in electronic security.
• Build and manage an enterprise pipeline through the channel ecosystem and distributor network.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor a local high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee cashflow responsibility for the Baltic region, including sell-in and sell-out metrics.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience at a managerial level within the electronic security industry.
• Proven track record in a senior management role, such as Country Manager or Sales Director.
• Strong professional network in the security industry specifically within the Baltic market.
• Experience working with regional or global security brands in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
