What you will do

• Lead and oversee audit engagements, review and sign off reports with professional judgment.
• Identify, manage, and resolve complex audit, accounting, and client issues.
• Review working papers, financial statements, tax computations, and returns for quality and compliance.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Audit department, including team development and operational excellence.
• Manage audit teams, conduct performance evaluations, and develop policies.
• Build client relationships, provide advisory support, and drive business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Holder of HKICPA (Practising) certification
• Minimum 10 years in a CPA firm with leadership experience
• Strong experience reviewing and approving audit reports for diverse clients
• Solid familiarity with HKSA, HKFRS, HKFRS-PE, SME-FRS, and IRO
• Proven experience leading audit engagements and managing client relationships
• Strong command of English; proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua advantageous
• Competent with software like Xero, Google Apps
