What you will do

• Process vendor payments and manage invoice tracking via e-banking systems.
• Prepare monthly debit notes, journal entries, and handle reimbursements from funds.
• Perform month-end closing and reconciliation with counterparties for corporate and fund entities.
• Maintain detailed balance sheet schedules, including trade debtors, fixed assets, and accruals.
• Assist in drafting financial statements and preparing audit schedules for statutory audits and tax filings.
• Maintain departmental filing systems and ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, or Enfusion.
• Knowledge of Excel Macros.
