What you will do

• Manage service delivery for a portfolio of accounts, supporting strategic private-equity relationships.
• Negotiate SaaS deals and renewals on behalf of customers to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Develop software commercial category strategies to target areas of greatest commercial benefit.
• Collaborate with account management and sales teams to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to analyze requirements, purchase objectives, and technology strategies.

Requirements

• Professional experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
• Expertise in high-volume and high-value SaaS negotiations and sourcing levers.
• Confident and compelling communication skills for interacting with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure all timelines are met.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified region (UK).
