What you will do
- Lead and empower the procurement team, fostering a data-driven culture of excellence.
- Create and implement long-term, scalable sourcing strategies aligned with growth and sustainability goals.
- Conduct complex negotiations for key accounts and establish long-term supply agreements.
- Ensure a resilient supply chain by mitigating global risks, particularly within semiconductors and electronics.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and production to ensure seamless governance.
- Report on COGS, savings, and overall supply chain health to the executive team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
- Deep professional experience within the hardware industry (electronics or mechanics).
- Proven track record of managing international supply chains and vetting global suppliers.
- Experience leading teams within multicultural organizations.
- Ability to build systemic optimizations and forecasts for a global tech company.
