What you will do

• Lead and empower the procurement team, fostering a data-driven culture of excellence.
• Create and implement long-term, scalable sourcing strategies aligned with growth and sustainability goals.
• Conduct complex negotiations for key accounts and establish long-term supply agreements.
• Ensure a resilient supply chain by mitigating global risks, particularly within semiconductors and electronics.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and production to ensure seamless governance.
• Report on COGS, savings, and overall supply chain health to the executive team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Deep professional experience within the hardware industry (electronics or mechanics).
• Proven track record of managing international supply chains and vetting global suppliers.
• Experience leading teams within multicultural organizations.
• Ability to build systemic optimizations and forecasts for a global tech company.
