What you will do

• Support Telecom and Legal stakeholders by translating business needs into sourcing strategies and supplier engagements.
• Lead sourcing events including renewals, RFPs, and direct negotiations to deliver cost savings.
• Manage source-to-contract activities for indirect categories like IT, software, and telecom.
• Partner with Legal to review, negotiate, and manage contractual terms and risks.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and records in required systems.
• Apply ethical purchasing standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
• At least 3 years of progressive commodity or supply chain management experience, including 3 years of direct source-to-contract experience.
• Indirect category management experience with strong understanding of IT and software procurement (software licensing, cloud architecture, IT labor SOWs, SaaS).
• Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills, including understanding of terms, conditions, and risk mitigation.
• Understanding of ethical purchasing requirements and ability to collaborate with Legal.

Nice to have

• 5 years of direct source-to-contract experience facilitating bilateral master agreements.
• 5 years of experience managing IT and software sourcing.
• In-depth experience with procurement and services contracts (SaaS, software licensing, hardware agreements).
