What you will do

• Manage service delivery for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
• Negotiate SaaS deals and renewals on behalf of customers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Develop software commercial category strategies targeting areas of greatest benefit.
• Partner with account management and sales teams to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand purchase objectives and technology strategies.
• Support strategic private-equity relationships to contribute to the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
• Deep expertise in SaaS vendor negotiation and knowledge of available commercial levers.
• Experience handling high-volume and high-value transactions in a buying or selling capacity.
• Ability to communicate confidently and compellingly with C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be legally able to work in the specified region (UK).
