Procurement Project Lead

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing cycle for Professional Services and Consulting, from supplier identification to contract renewal.
• Establish a preferred supplier panel with standardized role-based rate cards and commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in coordination with Legal, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Drive portfolio consolidation projects to reduce supplier fragmentation and deliver measurable cost savings.
• Manage active agreements and coordinate intake requests to provide a seamless experience for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the broader procurement transformation roadmap, including policy rollout and AI-tool adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, preferably within technology or digital consultancy.
• Proven track record of leading sourcing events and managing complex supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen for negotiating professional services agreements and statements of work.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a complex, multi-country environment.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered procurement platforms or e-sourcing tools.
• CIPS, CPM, or equivalent procurement certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Finance.
