Location: Henley-on-Thames, UK. Must spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

• Define and evolve the enterprise business architecture strategy.
• Lead business architecture efforts for large-scale transformation programs.
• Establish governance structures and mentor business architecture talent.
• Facilitate enterprise-level collaboration and strategic alignment.
• Drive innovation in problem-solving and architectural methodologies.
• Advise senior leadership and shape strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a business architect, preferably within financial services firms.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture tooling (Ardoq preferred) and modelling techniques (ArchiMate).
• Knowledge of BizBok and TOGAF Practitioner status.
• Deep understanding of Operating Models, strategic planning, and organizational design.
• Expertise in business capability management and value stream mapping.
• Strong business acumen in investments and asset management.
