What you will do

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs, conduct discovery on EDI infrastructure, and define scalable solution requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demos, explain EDI workflows and mappings, and build POCs and pilot environments.
• Lead technical RFP/RFI responses, design EDI architectures, and create integration diagrams for ERPs, TMS, WMS, and partners.
• Act as technical liaison between customers, product/engineering, and implementation teams during presales.
• Stay current with global EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12) and technologies (APIs, AS2, SFTP, VANs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years in EDI solution design, implementation, or support; 5+ years in presales, sales engineering, or customer-facing consulting.
• Strong knowledge of EDI formats/standards (X12, EDIFACT) and hands-on with mapping tools (IBM Sterling, Seeburger, Cleo, Boomi, GXS).
• Familiarity with iPaaS (hirify.global, Boomi, Mulesoft), B2B protocols (AS2, SFTP, VANs), and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical topics to business audiences.
• Strong collaboration, adaptability to startup environment, customer-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and time management under pressure.
