TL;DR

Principal Data & AI Architect (AI): Lead the design of data models, data platforms, visualisation layers and autonomous agent workflows based on business requirements to increase clients’ ROI. Focus on constructing modern data foundations, leveraging generative analytics for insights, and governing technical execution from concept to production.

Location: London based, on-site with clients in London area 3 days/week.

What you will do

• Architect data models, platforms, visualization layers, and agentic workflows aligned with business needs.
• Build and maintain logical/physical data models ensuring integrity, accessibility, and support for analytics/AI.
• Develop data visualizations using traditional, generative, and conversational analytics for strategic decisions.
• Guide clients from concept to proof-of-value and production deployment.
• Govern technical quality, solution designs, implementations, and testing across UK projects.
• Mentor team, provide hands-on support, and stay current with data/AI innovations.

Requirements

• London based, willing to travel to client sites (London area) ~3 days/week.
• 3+ years in Tech Consulting, 3+ years at Principal level.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; expertise in complex SQL and data transformation.
• Hands-on with Agentic workflows (ADK, A2A, MCP), RAG architectures, Google Cloud data/AI stack.
• Experience with solution design in complex enterprises, data governance, security, compliance.
• Proven work with large-scale data systems/advanced analytics; strong communication/stakeholder skills.
