What you will do

• Build innovative, highly distributed systems for cost-effective under-the-roof fulfillment solutions.
• Create customer-facing software deployed on hirify.global sites worldwide.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to ongoing operations.
• Optimize fulfillment processes to reduce delivery time and costs.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to experiment and iterate on new ideas.

Requirements

• Currently in the final semester/trimester of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or completed studies within the last 24 months.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be able to commence the role by 1st March 2027.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java or C++.
• Strong understanding of basic algorithm fundamentals.
• Must be located in Brisbane, Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience developing in a Linux environment.
• Experience with hirify.global Web Services (AWS) platforms.
