What you will do

  • Actively approach target enterprise prospects to secure new business.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline through self-prospecting and collaboration with inside sales and marketing.
  • Partner with customers to understand needs and position hirify.global solutions across all organizational levels, including C-level.
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including F2F and remote processes.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, including marketing strategies, to hit or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS or Cloud solutions sales experience to enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience developing and executing complex sales processes and territory plans.
  • Experience working independently remote from company HQ and leading both F2F and remote sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Executive presence for business-level discussions with C-level executives.
  • Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships.
