TL;DR

National Sales Director (West) (SaaS/Hardware): Driving revenue growth through sales of hardware and software solutions for rental housing industry with an accent on enterprise client expansion, new business acquisition, and ARR growth. Focus on navigating buying committees, running complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and consultative selling to C-suite executives.

Location: Remote in US West territory; must be willing to travel for events and meetings.

Salary: $120,000 annually (OTE $240,000–$300,000)

What you will do

  • Establish and nurture buying committee relationships with enterprise accounts in West territory for expansion and satisfaction.
  • Lead discovery discussions to identify pain points and present tailored hardware, software, or service solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Solutions Architects, and Account Managers to build plans and close deals.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers for technical integrations and value demonstration.
  • Develop expertise in hirify.global solutions and property tech for consultative selling.
  • Attend industry events to drive engagement and product awareness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales (hunter and farmer)
  • Proven closing of complex SaaS/Hardware contracts over $100K
  • Experience with multi-threaded deal cycles and committee decisions
  • Ability to build C-Suite/Executive relationships quickly
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Willing to travel out of state for events and meetings

Nice to have

  • Experience in multifamily residential housing industry
  • SaaS and Hardware sales (IoT, smart home, access control)
  • Training in Sandler, Challenger, SPIN selling methodologies
