What you will do
- Design and architect scalable AI solutions, including automated network diagnostics and AI agents for NOC operations.
- Lead the evaluation, fine-tuning, and integration of open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama series) and proprietary models (e.g., GPT-4).
- Develop and train ML models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and capacity planning in IT environments.
- Act as the Solution Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing the product backlog and defining acceptance criteria.
- Develop core components of the automation framework, including Python and PowerShell runbook executors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Network Engineers, and IT operators to ensure product-market fit for AIOps solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 3 years in AI Engineering and IT Service Automation.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Shell.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch) and LLM implementation.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Network Services, protocols, and ITIL process modules.
- Location: Must be based in Singapore
