What you will do

• Define technical standards and best practices for GenAI and ML initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from prototyping to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners to align technical requirements with business objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance through design and code reviews.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise security, reliability, and regulatory standards.
• Manage technical documentation and maintain an active knowledge base for AI systems.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional IT experience with at least 2 years specifically in AI engineering.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiarity with database technologies including PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB.
• Proven experience with MLOps practices in enterprise environments.
