TL;DR
AI Technical Lead (GenAI/ML): Designing, building, and operationalizing enterprise AI solutions from prototyping through production deployment with an accent on technical leadership, security, reliability, and compliance. Focus on leading end-to-end delivery, integrating LLM frameworks and cloud services, and coordinating product and engineering teams.

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership, standards, and best practices across AI, ML, and GenAI solutions.
- Own the complete AI delivery lifecycle, from discovery, prototyping, and model selection to integration, deployment, and production optimization.
- Design and operationalize AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Ensure solution quality, security, reliability, enterprise architecture alignment, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead technical backlog grooming, complexity estimation, work breakdown, and engineering execution planning.
- Coordinate with product owners and application teams, manage dependencies, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- More than 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Java.
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, LLM frameworks, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, AWS, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
- Practical experience with AI/MLOps in enterprise environments and with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
