What you will do

• Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Create autonomous agents leveraging LLMs to reason, use tools, and orchestrate complex multi-step workflows.
• Architect systems for real-time AI inference, conversation state management, and tool execution.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to drive product features and improve user engagement.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver AI-powered features.
• Prototype new approaches by evaluating emerging agentic frameworks, patterns, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building applications leveraging LLMs or agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, OpenSearch).
• Proven ability to ship and operate production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen.
• Background in vector databases and semantic search.
• Familiarity with AI safety and guardrail patterns.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
