What you will do

• Design, build and deploy GenAI applications using RAG, Agents and Multi-Agent Systems from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and software engineers to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
• Own key features or components, making technical decisions on system design, performance, cost and reliability.
• Work with product managers, designers and data scientists to implement business needs.
• Mentor junior engineers, review code and share knowledge.
• Understand deployment options and optimizations across cloud providers like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: Python, CI/CD, testing, version control and clean code.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Hands-on with RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Deployment on AWS, Azure or GCP with Docker and CI/CD; LLMOps tools (e.g., Langfuse).
• Exposure to fine-tuning with PyTorch or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently and mentor juniors in a fast-paced environment.
