TL;DR
Software Development Engineer (Gen AI): Developing and maintaining enterprise reusable services and software solutions with an accent on Gen AI integration, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. Focus on building production-grade applications using C#, Java, and Azure while driving technical decisions across the enterprise.
Location: Hybrid (Irving/Arlington, TX), must be based in the US

What you will do
- Build, test, and maintain software solutions using C#, Java, Python, and Generative AI.
- Develop enterprise reusable services and packages to promote the organization's NorthStar architecture.
- Architect production-grade applications using Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and event-driven microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Coach and mentor team members through high-quality code reviews with a production-first mindset.
- Triage and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability and performance at scale.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of software development experience with Python, C#, or Java.
- Experience with Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) and proficiency in deploying to Azure cloud.
- Extensive experience building microservices using event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Event Hub).
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB).
- Unable to offer employment sponsorship (H-1B, TN, L1, OPT visa types).
- 2-4 years of experience leading multi-developer projects.
Nice to have
- Experience building micro-frontends using React or Angular.
- Familiarity with Microsoft .NET technology stack for POCs and troubleshooting.
- Experience writing automated test cases using Karate.
