What you will do

• Develop end-to-end GenAI applications including data ingestion, retrieval layers, and orchestration using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Implement RAG pipelines featuring vector databases, hybrid search, rerankers, and evaluation frameworks.
• Perform model selection, prompting strategies, and fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT) for text and multimodal models.
• Integrate LLMs with external tools and data sources using Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors.
• Translate business problems into technical goals by auditing data feasibility and defining project tasks.
• Support project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Machine Learning, specifically Generative AI (LLM/LMM) and NLP.
• Fluency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud environments.
• Familiarity with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch, NumPy, and HuggingFace.
• Experience with microservice architectures and code repositories.

Nice to have

• Commercial experience with successful GenAI, NLP, or Computer Vision projects.
• Experience working with Databricks.
