Civil Designer (12d Model): Develop detailed civil designs and documentation using 12d Model for land development, infrastructure, and civil works projects with an accent on site layouts, grading designs, drainage systems, roadworks, and utility infrastructure. Focus on generating accurate drawings and plans, revising models based on feedback, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating with engineers and project teams.

Location: Onsite in Pasig, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu, Philippines (PH time: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

What you will do

• Develop detailed civil designs and documentation using 12d Model as primary platform
• Produce site layouts, grading designs, drainage systems, roadworks, and utility infrastructure models
• Generate accurate drawings and plans for design, approval, and construction phases
• Revise models and drawings based on engineering markups, changes, and client feedback
• Collaborate with civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and project managers
• Manage document control, review deliverables, and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Design, or related field
• Proven experience as Civil Designer, Civil Drafter, or CAD Technician
• Strong proficiency in 12d Model (essential)
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D (advantageous)
• Solid understanding of civil engineering design, drafting standards, and documentation practices
• Hands-on experience in land development, subdivisions, roads, drainage, and utilities design
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches, calculations, and design intent
• High attention to detail, strong accuracy, and quality control
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
