What you will do

• Ensure compliance with NC handling requirements and monitor process OCAPs and LRRs.
• Lead and collaborate with process teams on continuous improvement projects aligned with quality objectives.
• Drive lot scoping, quarantine of non-conforming lots, and act as a gatekeeper for releasing hold lots.
• Lead the 8D process and closure for customer complaints originating from assigned areas.
• Drive process improvements focused on defect prevention and detection.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, IT, SCM) and external site partners to mitigate quality risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing/process quality and handling customer complaints.
• Proficiency in SPC, process data analysis, FMEA, and reliability assessment.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards.
• Experience with analytical software such as Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, or Minitab.
