NPI Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage NPI projects ensuring adherence to BCAMX, QCM, and ATCB Change Control Board standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between Business Groups in Manchester or Hamburg and the Cabuyao Plant management, QA, and Operations.
• Complete critical project milestones and deliverables, including RACI, DFM, Release Checklists, CNP, and Qualification Reports.
• Deploy process and product changes on the production line and perform Safe Launch Tracking.
• Plan necessary resources and logistics and perform characterization of processes, materials, and products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to apply MVA/DVA to support yield improvement and cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAS JMP, and/or Minitab.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Six Sigma and/or 8D methodology.
