What you will do

• Lead the Lean Six Sigma program in partnership with the Global BE team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with industry and customer standards.
• Coordinate and lead customer visits, audits, and certification processes.
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence.
• Implement quality and process improvement projects aligned with overarching business goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality System requirements, including IATF, VDA, ISO, FMEA, and SPC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing or semiconductor sectors.
• Proven track record of driving Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their deployment.
• Expertise in Quality System requirements: IATF, VDA, ISO, and Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC).
• Experience managing audit functions and certification audits.

Nice to have

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) or Black Belt (BB).
