What you will do

• Define and shape the operational strategy, performance metrics, and dashboards for Norway and Denmark.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve KPIs, including backlog, cost per repair, and repair efficiency.
• Manage 3PL relationships from sourcing and contract negotiation to performance monitoring.
• Act as the bridge between central and local teams to drive process compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional teams to maximize operational efficiency and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in operations or strategy within consulting or hyper-growth startup environments.
• Strong analytical capability to identify underlying drivers and deliver actionable insights.
• Proven experience leading projects and driving implementation with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to manage operations specifically within Norway and Denmark.
