What you will do

• Coordinate software and technology projects from initial planning through to final delivery.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and dashboards to track progress.
• Collaborate with software engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to keep delivery on track.
• Support release planning, deployment readiness, and post-release follow-up activities.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating potential blockers early.
• Manage customer communication, scope control, and project financial tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within software or IT delivery.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, testing, and change control.
• Strong stakeholder communication, meeting facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, software engineering, business, or project management is preferred.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Exposure to enterprise software, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms.
