What you will do

• Develop secure, innovative, and scalable technical solutions for the Peer Insights team.
• Translate designs and style guides into functional user interfaces, ensuring performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Own the successful delivery of features within a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Collaborate with the Design team to implement high-quality frontend experiences.
• Actively explore opportunities for technical improvements and software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience developing customer-facing web applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring (Boot, JPA), React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.
• Proven backend experience building APIs and working with databases.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stamford, CT.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Valkey, or other caching/indexing technologies.
