What you will do

• Architect, design, and deliver highly scalable products and APIs across multi-cloud platforms and the "One AppExchange Framework".
• Lead technical teams, manage project timelines, and mentor engineers in coding and architecture best practices.
• Integrate AI agents into human workflows and develop precise, structured prompts for reliable AI outputs.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks to increase code coverage and system reliability.
• Collaborate on high-impact features for Slack Huddles, serving millions of weekly active users.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address sophisticated production problems in real-time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js.
• Strong experience with backend technologies including Java, Node.js, Express, or NestJS.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and applying advanced object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and microservices architecture in an enterprise environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience building on the hirify.global Platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and experience with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Experience developing and maintaining packaged software solutions.
