What you will do

• Lead technical teams, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect, design, implement, and test highly scalable products.
• Mentor team members in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Master and improve development processes, culture, and codebase.
• Participate in on-call rotation to address complex production problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Demonstrated ownership and leadership of complex projects.
• Excellent object-oriented design skills and experience with design patterns.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies and web application development.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Next.js.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Java, Node.js, Express, or NestJS, and building scalable APIs/microservices.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and data model design.
• Ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and production support.
• Experience with automated E2E and unit testing frameworks.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience building on the hirify.global Platform, with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Platform features and best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining packaged solutions.
