What you will do

  • Lead structured business reviews (monthly to annual) with suppliers to align strategy, performance, and future priorities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with supplier leaders and internal senior stakeholders to foster trust and open dialogue.
  • Coordinate across business units to identify enterprise-wide opportunities and unlock shared value.
  • Develop strategic engagement plans, including relationship goals, governance rhythms, and value realisation initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular performance assessments using scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster innovation partnerships and technology collaborations to enhance market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in supplier management, commercial operations, vendor governance, or program leadership.
  • Proven success influencing senior internal stakeholders at the GM level and above.
  • Capability in designing and operating governance frameworks in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills to balance partnership health and long-term value.
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills for leading executive-level discussions.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to use data and performance metrics to guide decision-making.

  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, or complex B2B environments.
