What you will do

• Analyze key customer application challenges for N and N+1 nodes to identify solutions and propose new product requirements.
• Lead the execution of NPI and H2H projects, providing high-impact technical guidance.
• Collaborate closely with local application teams to ensure the success of technical implementations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues that exceed the capabilities of local teams.
• Minimize disruptions to customer operations and project timelines through efficient technical resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within a high-tech environment.
• Ability to serve as a primary technical interface between external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading NPI (New Product Introduction) and H2H projects.
• Strong technical background in diagnosing and resolving complex application challenges.
• Location: Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan
