What you will do

• Build Supplier Quality Org from ground up, defining management of external manufacturing ecosystem (Foundry, Substrate, OSAT).
• Own Quality Management System (QMS), integrating ISO 9001 and JEDEC standards.
• Architect PCN and Qualification Process, overseeing reliability tests (HTOL, HAST, ESD/LU).
• Drive Advanced OSAT Oversight with Safe Launch programs and manufacturing controls.
• Lead Technical Root Cause Analysis using 8D methodologies to resolve failures and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• 8+ years expertise in hardware/semiconductor quality across full lifecycle (design, process, incoming, supplier systems)
• Deep experience in custom silicon: foundries, substrate manufacturing, advanced packaging (2.5D/3D, Flip-Chip)
• Experience transitioning from R&D to high-volume product delivery
• Lead global audits (Foundry/OSAT), ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and JEDEC standards
• Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (may require citizenship/permanent residency or U.S. license approval)
