What you will do

• Own manufacturing tests for released products and manage the introduction of test programs into mass production.
• Analyze NPI test data after R-gate release and provide feedback for improvements.
• Debug and qualify duplicated test hardware, performing Gage R&R analysis and release reporting.
• Handle 1st line hold lot dispositions, addressing issues like low yield and QA failures.
• Collaborate with process owners to establish testing processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in and drive test automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer.
• Solid understanding of software and system testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and command-line operations.
• Experience with machine languages such as Java or C++.
• Background in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testing.
• English communication, reading, and writing skills.
