What you will do

• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, driving technical excellence and delivery quality.
• Drive architectural decisions to design scalable and robust distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure system compliance and translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Manage delivery commitments, drive incident readiness, and ensure operational excellence across products.
• Build trusted relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Compliance teams to shape product strategy and solve complex problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software product engineering experience (cloud, SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce) with 3+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Demonstrated experience working in regulated industries or with compliance frameworks.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• Proven track record of designing scalable systems and managing cloud infrastructure costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
