Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Handle order processing via EDI, mail, and fax, ensuring entry within 24 hours.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, and resolve blocked orders.
• Support customer requests for expedites, stock availability, and complaint handling (8D).
• Build customer relationships through proactive communication and delivery status updates.
• Provide sales support by managing RFQs and coordinating pricing approvals with Product Management.
• Review and improve order processing procedures and maintain accurate customer data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer service-related environment (mandatory).
• Excellent writing and verbal English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
• Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO/QS/TS).
