• Identify and find root causes of incidents and delegate to responsible departments
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve client inquiries
• Test incidents
• Create documentation

Requirements

• Intermediate English
• Basic knowledge of testing
• Understanding of search queries (Elasticsearch, SQL)
• Understanding of SDLC model and tracking systems like JIRA
• Experience with browser dev tools, JSON, Postman
• Ability to learn quickly, good analytical and logical skills
