What you will do

  • Consult with leaders on performance concerns and guide them through progressive discipline and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Plan and conduct full-cycle workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
  • Coach managers on delivering difficult feedback and managing behavioral issues.
  • Advise on termination decisions and coordinate separation logistics with Legal, Payroll, and IT.
  • Standardize ER guidance and scalable toolkits across diverse partner-firm environments.
  • Track ER metrics and trends to provide insights to People leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive employee relations experience in multi-site or multi-entity environments.
  • Expertise in conducting end-to-end workplace investigations and documenting findings.
  • Strong working knowledge of US employment law (discrimination, harassment, wage/hour).
  • Proven ability to influence decisions and coach managers with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • High discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters.
  • Location: Must be based in Tampa, FL

Nice to have

  • Experience in professional services, accounting, or PE-backed environments.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI (PHR/SPHR) certifications.
  • Experience with HRIS/case management systems and ER reporting dashboards.
  • Background in M&A integration and practice harmonization.
