What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for front-end RCM automation, including eligibility, benefits, prior auth, and cost estimation.
• Develop AI agents that navigate payer portals and interpret benefits in real-time to prevent claim denials.
• Design and manage configurable workflow systems and operational tooling for healthcare staff.
• Optimize patient-facing digital intake, check-in, forms, and payment experiences across mobile, iPad, and web.
• Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Strong product judgment and experience in product management.
• Ability to balance the needs of operational healthcare staff and patients.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Experience with workflow automation or operational tooling.
