Salary: $238,000 - $286,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the end-to-end rider journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Direct multiple design teams, including Customer Experience, Operational Tools, and Service Design.
• Evangelize design strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Provide creative direction and career coaching while managing organizational design for optimal squad support.
• Implement design workflows and resource allocation to ensure high-velocity shipping without sacrificing craft.
• Partner with UX Research and Product peers to translate complex user data into actionable roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional design experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a management or lead capacity.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Foster City, CA.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and affect outcomes at the executive level.
• Strong expertise in creativity, analytical thinking, visualization, and prototyping.
