AI research and product company building voice AI platforms like ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI, serving millions of users and enterprises.
What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical sales processes.
- Work directly with customer technical contacts to architect tailored solutions.
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations showcasing product value.
- Build technical enablement resources and self-service tools for customers.
- Identify and productize common integration patterns with product teams.
Requirements
- Passionate about AI, technology, and products
- Experience working with customers on technical problems
- Strong technical background for architecting integrations
- Proficiency in Python, software development, architecture, and integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
- Talent for standardizing and scaling customer patterns
