What you will do

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets, anticipate challenges, and mitigate risks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives through consultative engagement.
  • Lead virtual teams and stakeholders to expand relationships and accelerate sales.
  • Advocate for customer needs, identify optimization opportunities, and align hirify.global solutions with their goals.
  • Maintain sales pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and advance opportunities through stages.
  • Educate decision-makers on hirify.global value proposition via tailored presentations.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and Conversational English speaking abilities
  • 4+ years in technology-related sales (or equivalent with degree).
  • Experience developing account plans and meeting revenue targets.
  • Ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively.
  • Understanding of customer business and technology needs.

Nice to have

  • 6+ years in technology sales.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Value Framework.
  • Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management skills.
