What you will do
- Advise enterprise customers on agent design, personas, conversation flows, and voice customization.
- Guide the deployment and scaling of agents across web, mobile, and telephony platforms.
- Integrate AI agents with existing customer data sources and systems using APIs and SDKs.
- Analyze performance data and conversational logs to optimize accuracy, user experience, and reliability.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure net revenue retention and multi-product adoption.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales and Engineering to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in Japan.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents.
- Technical proficiency with API integrations and navigating SDKs.
- Proven track record of owning revenue quotas and closing cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the Japan market landscape and cultural nuances.
- Must be based in Japan.
