What you will do

• Serve as the operational core of an integrated AI Pod, managing an embedded cross-functional delivery team.
• Translate institutional priorities into executable sprint work and drive key delivery decisions.
• Own stakeholder engagement and progressively build the client's internal product ownership capability.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled systems across institutional workflows.
• Create the blueprint for systems, practices, and documentation to be replicated as AI scales across the institution.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in product management, forward deployment, or solutions engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping AI products from prototype through production at scale.
• Deep GenAI fluency with hands-on experience building or shipping agentic systems.
• Proficiency with tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and GitHub.
• Strong agile delivery practices and product ownership expertise.
• Must be located in Vancouver or Calgary, Canada.
