What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the AI platform, managing the backlog, writing user stories, and driving sprint execution.
• Own and prioritize the AI platform roadmap in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Build rapid prototypes and run A/B tests to validate AI concepts and mockup flows before roadmap entry.
• Act as the primary connective tissue between engineering, product teams, and executive leadership.
• Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements.
• Partner with domain PMs to validate platform capabilities through experiments and ensured use cases ship on time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management within agile environments.
• Proven track record of taking AI products from concept through production and iterating based on real-world signals.
• Experience operationalizing agentic systems and managing the complexity of multi-agent workflows.
• Expertise in defining and tracking observability and evaluation metrics for AI products.
• Strong builder mindset with the ability to prototype and demo ideas independently using modern AI-assisted tooling.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
