What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor to service providers on AI adoption and ROI using Agentic AI workflows
• Translate customer insights into validated AI use cases with functional and technical requirements
• Own and prioritize AI Studio product backlog for timely delivery of Agentic AI and orchestration features
• Convert strategy into user stories for Engineering and Data Science teams
• Lead cross-functional release execution from concept to launch
• Enable sales teams with training, playbooks, and value positioning
• Champion AI Studio in customer proofs of concept

Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience delivering enterprise software in Agile environments
• Proven backlog management through multiple release cycles
• Deep telecom knowledge, including OSS (Inventory/Orchestration/Assurance)
• Prior tech/business consulting with executive presence and client skills
• Practical understanding of AI lifecycle, MLOps, LLMs, Agentic AI
• Communicate complex technical concepts to all stakeholders
• Drive execution across matrixed global teams
