What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives from opportunity framing to production rollout and adoption.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to integrate AI agents for automation and acceleration across multiple business functions.
• Act as the single accountable owner for internal AI transformation solutions to drive concrete outcomes under ambiguity.
• Partner with the IT AI Center of Excellence and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable AI initiatives.
• Define and report measurable impact, including hours saved, cycle-time reduction, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical project or product manager with strong business analysis capabilities.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically with AI projects.
• Familiarity with AI agent platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar tools.
• Proven experience leading products that fundamentally change how a business process works.
