What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution of AI platform roadmap, including backlog management, user stories, and sprint delivery in collaboration with engineering.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, aligning technical and business stakeholders.
• Build rapid prototypes, run experiments, and validate hypotheses before full development.
• Design, test, and improve AI features and agentic systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure governance for trust, safety, security, and data quality as core principles.
• Coordinate between product, engineering, and leadership; define and track AI success metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to agile engineering environments.
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products in production.
• Hands-on ownership of AI features end-to-end, including post-launch iteration.
• Experience with agentic or multi-agent systems in production.
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation, observability, and success metrics for model-driven systems.
• Builder mindset with prototyping, experimentation, and technical fluency in AI tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and experience with Aha, Jira, agile frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, EHS, or regulated industries.
