What you will do

• Design and implement a multi-tier SaaS reporting infrastructure to support diverse client levels and brand campaigns.
• Lead the GA4 and Google Tag Manager strategy, including implementation, QA, and event tracking standards.
• Architect GA4 data exports into BigQuery and build robust models joining event, account, and subscription data.
• Integrate data from Sanity CMS, Mailchimp, SMS platforms, and POS systems for a unified consumer journey view.
• Develop automated dashboards and reusable reporting templates using Looker Studio Pro or similar BI tools.
• Establish data governance and secure access control protocols for account-specific reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience modeling complex datasets within BigQuery.
• Proven track record of building sophisticated dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
• Deep understanding of event tracking, custom dimensions, and UTM strategy.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker Studio Pro or white-label reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with automated tools like AgencyAnalytics, Databox, or DashThis.
• Knowledge of dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, or other ETL tools.
• Experience with API-based data ingestion, webhooks, or platforms like Make and Zapier.
