What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams to align on data needs and reporting.
• Control and monitor marketing and product metrics using Mixpanel and Tableau.
• Create and maintain high-quality event tracking and reports for new features and A/B tests.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights.
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data for reports and team requests.
• Collaborate closely with the data team to ensure consistency and data quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Math, Data Science, Economics, or related analytical field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and insights in large datasets.
• Experience with product analytics and tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude.
• Basic SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Location: Must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in marketing analytics.
• Experience with Python, R, GCP, BigQuery.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like Airflow and git/code review processes.
